Refund Policy

1. Return Eligibility

Art pieces may be returned and refunded within 30 days of receipt, subject to the following conditions:

  • The item must be in the exact same condition as when received

  • The authenticity label must remain attached and unaltered

  • Custom-made art pieces created to specific order specifications are not eligible for return or refund


2. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Customer must email the artist stating the reason for the return

  2. Artist will provide a return shipping label

  3. Item must be carefully packaged and shipped using the provided label

  4. Artist will inspect the item upon receipt

  5. Customer will be notified of refund eligibility within one week of receipt


3. Refund Processing

If approved, refunds will be processed as follows:

  • Refund will be initiated the same day as approval

  • Actual receipt of funds depends on customer's financial institution processing times

  • Items deemed ineligible for refund due to damage or use will be returned to the customer


4. Exchanges

Art piece exchanges are subject to the following terms:

  • Exchanges must be requested within 14 days of receiving the order

  • Original item must meet the same condition requirements as returns

  • Custom-made pieces are not eligible for exchange 

    Note: All shipping costs for returns and exchanges are covered by the provided return label. Please ensure proper packaging to prevent damage during transit.
